David Hall is the President and CEO of  DRH Design Group, Inc. , a Civil Engineering, Land Planning and Land Surveying firm with offices located in the historic Upper Piedmont of Virginia. He is an accomplished Civil/Structural Engineer and Land Surveyor, who specializes in structural evaluation and design of building structures. Also, in addition to land surveys, Mr. Hall plans and designs residential, commercial, and industrial site plans. His broad experience encompasses all aspects of engineering including field surveys, code analysis, studies and reports, planning, design, preparation of construction documents, cost estimates, and inspections. His experience also includes forensic engineering in the areas of structural and civil engineering as it applies to structural failures, construction claims, accident investigation, and slips and falls.
