EXPERIENCE: 

Mr. Hall has over 40 years of experience as a civil/structural engineer and land surveyor. His experience includes consulting, planning and engineering design for structural, civil, marine and sanitary projects, site planning and building design for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects.  His extensive background encompasses all aspects of engineering including field surveys, computer applications, studies and reports,  planning, design, preparation of plans and specifications, cost estimation, construction inspection, review and project management. 

Mr. Hall has provided Professional Forensic Engineering Services for both defense and plaintive clients. He has served as an expert witness, investigated and prepared reports been deposed and testified in cases including:

  • Licensed Professional Engineer in nine states (VA, MD, DC, WV, NC, SC, PA, DE, FL)

  • Licensed Land Surveyor in three states (VA, MD, WV)

  • Fellow, American Society of Civil Engineers

  • Board Certified Diplomate Forensic Engineer by the Council of Engineering Specialty Boards (CESB) through the National Academy of Forensic Engineers

  • Board Certified Structural Engineer by the Structural Engineering Certification  Board (SECB)
