Mr. Hall
has over 40 years of experience as a civil/structural engineer and land surveyor. His experience
includes consulting, planning and engineering design for structural, civil,
marine and sanitary projects, site planning and building design for residential,
commercial, industrial and institutional projects. His extensive
background encompasses all aspects of engineering including field surveys, computer
applications, studies and reports, planning, design, preparation of plans and
specifications, cost estimation, construction inspection, review and project
