The American Society of Civil Engineers
(ASCE) released the 2005 Progress Report
for America's Infrastructure today. It reports that the condition of
our nation's roads, bridges, drinking water systems and other public works
have shown little improvement since they were graded an overall D+ in 2001,

David R. Hall, PE, L.S., announced today that he will open DRH Design Group, an engineering
and surveying firm, at 5 Rock Pointe Lane, Suite 200 in Warrenton..
Hall, who is well known in the Warrenton area as former senior vice
president and principal of the Virginia
branch office of Frederick Ward Associates, will assume ownership of the
business. He will name the firm DRH Design Group and focus on civil
engineering and surveying for land development and on structural engineering
for building structures. “We have great clients, and I look forward to
continuing to work with them and growing our business along with theirs,”
said Hall.
